Terminations
Do you have a process when your employees exit? Do you capture information in exit interviews in order to make business decisions to prevent your superstar employees from leaving? When is it OK to terminate an employee and when is it not OK? Do you provide your employees with warnings before you terminate? Do your employees know their rights under state and federal law when they are terminated?
If you do not provide exit interviews, you should. It’s important to know why your employees leave. You’ve made an investment in each employee. Don’t let them walk out the door without trying to solve the problem first.
